Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 10, Bell & Denny Addition to the City of Seattle, being the alley running from Clay Street to Cedar Street between 1st Avenue and Western Avenue, by grading and planking the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2933, of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
