Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 8th Avenue South, in the City of Seattle, from the north margin of Charlestown Street to the north margin of Duwamish Avenue, by construction of an asphalt top on the existing roadway 20 feet in width, and the placing of wooden headers thereon, together with such necessary resurfacing of the present street as may be necessary, and the construction of wooden walks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2909, of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
