Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 34, Pontius' Addition to the City of Seattle, being the alley from East Thomas Street to East Harrison Street between Melrose Avenue North and Bellevue Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, and providing for the construction of a sewer and the providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2906, of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
