Introduced as Council Bill 13286

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 42, D. S. Maynard Plat, being the alley between Jackson Street and Main Street and Maynard Avenue and 6th Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle,, by paving the same with brick or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with construction of such sewers and side sewers as may be necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2914 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
