Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5th and " Avenue, in the City of Seattle, from Union Street to University Street, by grading, and paving the same with brick laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with brick gutters and granite curbs, providing for the necessary surface drainage, and including as part of said work the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district,
