Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Hudson Street, from 32nd Avenue South to 46th Avenue South; Dawson Street, from 42nd Avenue South to 46th Avenue South; 37th Avenue South, from Ferdinand Street to Hudson Street; 42nd Avenue South, from Hudson Street to Rainier Avenue; 44th Avenue South, from Hudson Street to Dawson Street; 46th Avenue South, form Ferdinand Street to Orcas Street; all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2296 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
