Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of North 66th Street from West Green Lake Boulevard to Dayton Avenue; North 67th Street, from West Green Lake Boulevard to Dayton Avenue; North 68th Street, from West Green Lake Boulevard to Greenwood Avenue; Phinney Avenue, from North 64th Street to North 70th Street; Greenwood Avenue, from North 64th Street to north 73rd Street; all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2907, of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
