Introduced as Council Bill 13163

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Yesler Way, from a point 111 feet west of the west line of 4th Avenue South to the west line of 5th Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with granite blocks or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with granite curbs; by constructing concrete retaining walls, concrete walks and wooden walks, and adjusting the existing curbs, gutters and pavements; by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2900 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
