Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Moltke Street from south line of Thomas Street to north line of Morse Street, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Payment by Bonds," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, and the city charter now in force.
