Introduced as Council Bill 13093

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement Terry Avenue from Howell Street to the south margin of Olive Street, and Olive Street from Terry Avenue to 9th Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with brick gutters, granite or armored concrete curbs, and by the construction of concrete sidewalks, providing for the necessary surface drainage, and including as part of said work the construction and alteration of sewers and water mains therein with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2899 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
