Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Court Place in the City of Seattle, from Denny Way to Howell Street, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with brick or asphalt gutters and concrete curbs with armored concrete corners, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2898 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
