Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Montlake Boulevard, from the north line of the right of way of the Lake Washington Canal to the north line of the Campus of the State University, and Brintnall Place, from 15th Avenue Northeast to Montlake Boulevard, as extended herein, and of a public street and highway across block 8, Lake Washington Shore Lands, all in the City of Seattle,; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
