Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Lucile Street, from the Viaduct to 13th Avenue South and 13th Avenue South, from the center line of Findlay Street to the north margin of Dawson Street, all in the City of Seattle,, by constructing a plank roadway 16 feet in width, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2848, of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
