Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Peninsula Place, from the north line of West Michigan Street, to the south line of West Front Street, and thence westerly on West Front Street, to the line between lots 7 and 8, block 33, McLaughlin's Waterfront Addition produced, all in the City of Seattle,, by constructing a plank roadway thereon 16 feet in width, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2854, of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
