Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Latona Avenue, from East 77th Street to East 85th Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden cross walks thereon, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2856 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
