Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of McClellan Street, from Cascadia Avenue to the west line of Mount St. Helens Place, Mt. Baker Drive, from McClellan Street to Cascadia Avenue to Mt. Rainier Drive, and Mt. Adams Place, 20 feet in width from Mt. St. Helens Place to Ferris Place, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with brick or asphalt gutters and concrete curbs with armored concrete corners, together with such sewers and water mains with their appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 21032 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
