Title

An ordinance providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking of that portion of East Spring Street, lying east of Lakeside Avenue which was vacated by Ordinances Nos. 20925 and 21388, all in the City of Seattle,, for park, drive and boulevard purposes; and providing that payment for the cost of said condemnation be made from the Park Fund of the City of Seattle.
