Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of 5th Avenue Northeast, from the north margin of East 47th Street to the south line of block 9, University Addition to the City of Seattle; and of East 47th Street, from the east margin of 5th Avenue Northeast to the west margin of 6th Avenue Northeast; all in the City of Seattle, as a public street and highway; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
