Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Fillmore Street, in the City of Seattle, from Franklin Avenue North westward to the shore line of Lake Union, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2827 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
