Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 8th Avenue South, from Edmunds Street to Duwamish Avenue, and Duwamish Avenue from 8th Avenue South to Juneau Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with armored concrete curbs, by constructing concrete sidewalks and including as part of said work, the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2812 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
