Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 20th Avenue Northeast from East 50th Street to East 58th Street; 21st Avenue Northeast, from East 50th Street to East 56th Street; Ravenna Boulevard, from 18th Avenue Northeast to 20th Avenue Northeast; East 52nd Street, from 20th Avenue Northeast to 21st Avenue Northeast; East 54th Street, from 20th Avenue Northeast to 21st Avenue Northeast; the north side only of East 55th Street, from 20th Avenue Northeast to University Boulevard; East 56th Street, from University Boulevard to Ravenna Boulevard; and from 20th Avenue Northeast to Ravenna Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same, by constructing wooden cross walks, curbs and gutters; and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2747 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
