Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Walnut Avenue, from West Charlestown Street to West Lander Street; 40th Avenue Southwest, 41st Avenue Southwest, and 42nd Avenue Southwest, each from West Charlestown Street to West Hanford Street; 36th Avenue Southwest and 39th Avenue Southwest, each from West Hanford Street to West Lander Street; Manning Street, from California Avenue to 41st Avenue Southwest; and form Walnut Avenue to 36th Avenue Southwest; and West Stevens Street, from 36th Avenue Southwest to California Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2792 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
