Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Belvidere Avenue, 37th Avenue Southwest, 38th Avenue Southwest, 39th Avenue Southwest, each from West Hanford Street to West Charlestown Street; and 40th Avenue Southwest, from West Hanford Street to West Manning Street; all in the City of Seattle,, by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials with all gates, tees, crosses fire hydrants, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2783 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
