Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East 76th Street, from Latona Avenue to 8th Avenue Northeast; Longwood Place, from Latona Avenue to 5th Avenue Northeast; East 77th Street, from 5th Avenue Northeast to 8th Avenue Northeast; and 6th Avenue Northeast, from East 75th Street to East 78th Street; all in the City of Seattle, by laying concrete sidewalks and wooden cross walks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2831 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
