Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 17, Boren, Denny and Yesler Addition to the Town (now City) of Seattle, from Spring Street to Seneca Street and between 5th and 6th Avenues; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with brick, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, and by doing any necessary grading, and by the construction of a sewer, with appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2835 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
