Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Rainier Avenue, from 39th Avenue South to 57th Avenue South, and 57th Avenue South from Rainier Avenue to Fletcher Street, all in the City of Seattle, by planking the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2750of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
