Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 38th Avenue, from a point 155 feet south of the south line of East Union Street, to the south line of East Olive Street; 37th Avenue from a point 50 feet north of East Spring Street to the north line of East Union Street; East Union Street, from the east line of 37th Avenue to 38th Avenue; East Pike Street, from the east line of 37th Avenue to 38th Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with asphalt, brick or stone block gutters, with concrete or armored concrete curbs, armored concrete or granite corners, concrete walks, and the construction of all sewers, side sewers and water mains, gates, hydrants, crosses and tees necessary, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 40858 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
