Title

An ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the grades of Westlake Avenue North and approaches thereto, from Harrison Street to Mercer Street, all in the City of Seattle, as provided in Ordinance No. 23189; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said avenues and approaches thereto, in conformity with such established grades; and providing for the construction of all necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said avenue and approaches thereto; providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
