Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Olive Street from 9th Avenue to Melrose Avenue; Terry Avenue, Boren Avenue, Minor Avenue, each from Pine Street to Howell Street, and Howard Avenue, from Melrose Avenue to Howell Street, all in the City of Seattle,, by constructing a plank roadway thereon, 20 feet in width, together with necessary curbs and gutters, wood walks and by providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2811 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
