Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East Mercer Street, from 32nd Avenue North to 33rd Avenue North; and 33rd Avenue North, from East Mercer Street to East Madison Street; all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2790 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
