Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 5th Avenue South from Main Street to Seattle Boulevard; 6th Avenue South and Maynard Avenue, each from Weller Street to Seattle Boulevard; Jackson Street, from 5th Avenue South to 6th Avenue South; Weller Street from 5th Avenue South to 6th Avenue South; Charles Street from 6th Avenue South to Maynard Avenue; and Seattle Boulevard from 5th Avenue South to 6th Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2804 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
