Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Harrison Street, from the center line of Taylor Avenue to 9th Avenue North; Republican Street, from 5th Avenue North to 9th Avenue North; Mercer Street, from 5th Avenue North to 9th Avenue North; Broad Street, from the center line of Taylor Avenue to Mercer Street; Taylor Avenue from Harrison Street to Mercer Street; 6th Avenue North, from Harrison Street to Mercer Street; 7th Avenue North from Thomas Street to Mercer Street; Dexter Avenue, from Harrison Street to Roy Street; and 8th Avenue North, from Harrison Street to Mercer Street; by grading and regrading the same to the elevations established by Ordinance No. 23189; by making approaches where necessary to existing sewer and drainage system; (by the adjustment of all water mains in connection thereto; and by the construction of all watermains and connection thereto) and by the construction of all necessary temporary foot walks on approaching streets, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2769 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
