Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the westerly side of 4th Avenue, from Pike Street to Pine Street, all in the City of Seattle, by widening the same to a width established by Ordinance No. 13776 by doing all necessary grading; by constructing and adjusting the granite curbs and brick gutters; by extending concrete walks and the asphalt pavement to conform to the new width of the street; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2800 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
