Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Republican Street, from Nob Hill Avenue to 3rd Avenue North; 3rd Avenue North, from Republican Street to Mercer Street; Mercer Street from 3rd Avenue North to 2nd Avenue North; and 2nd Avenue North from Mercer Street to Roy Street; all in the City of Seattle, by planking the same to a width of 16 feet; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2768 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
