Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East John Street in the City of Seattle, from Summit Avenue North to Bellevue Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with brick or asphalt gutters, armored concrete curbs, and including as a part of said work, the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, and by constructing concrete sidewalks; provided however that where grades exceed 8%, stone block pavement may be laid; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2781 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
