Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Market Street, from 8th Avenue Northwest to 15th Avenue Northwest, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden cross walks thereon, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2754 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
