Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Crawford Place, in the City of Seattle, from East Union Street to East Pine Street, by grading the same, by paving the same with brick or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2741 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
