Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 3rd Avenue from Virginia Street to Cedar Street; Virginia Street, Lenora Street, Blanchard Street, Bell Street, Battery Street, Wall Street, Vine Street, and Cedar Street, each from 1st Avenue to the alley between 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, by installation of a system of cluster lights along the curb line of said streets and avenues, together with the installation of such poles, conduits and wires as may be necessary for the proper installation and equipment of said system, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2622 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
