Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Dexter Street from Republican Street on the South to Thomas Street in Eden Addition on the North, by regrading the same and constructing sidewalks on both sides thereof and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment" by assessment upon all lots or parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of ordinance No. 2085 approved April 29th, 1892, and the City Charter as amended and now in force.
