Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement Latona Avenue from East 77th Street to East 85th Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and constructing plank cross walks, together with necessary surface and sub-drains for the proper drainage of said district; of all in accordance with Resolution No. 2720 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
