Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley in Block Nineteen (19), Capitol Hill Addition, Division No. Two (2), being the alley from East Aloha Street to East Prospect Street and between Seventeenth Avenue North and Eighteenth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick; by grading, and by providing for the necessary surface drainage; all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 40465; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
