Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley in Block Thirty (30), Heirs of Sarah A. Bell's Second Addition, being the alley from Pine Street to Pike Street and between Eighth Avenue and Ninth Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same, all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 40402; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
