Introduced as Council Bill 11955

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fourth Avenue, from Virginia Street to Wall Street; Lenora Street, Blanchard Street, Belle Street and Battery Street, each from Fourth Avenue to Third Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing brick gutters and granite curbs, and including as a part of said work all necessary grading and regrading, the construction, alteration or extensions of all sewers and watermains with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, and by the construction of concrete sidewalks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2739 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
