Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Waters Avenue, from Fifty-seventh Avenue South to Bangor Street; Fifty-seventh Avenue South, from Rainier Avenue to Roxbury Street; Fifty-eighth Avenue South and Fifty-ninth Avenue South, each from Waters Avenue to Roxbury Street; Sixtieth Avenue South, from Waters Avenue to Cooper Street; Sixty-first Avenue South, from Waters Avenue to Ryan Street; Sixty-second Avenue South, from Waters Avenue to Renton Avenue; Sixty-third Avenue South, from Waters Avenue to Prentice Street; Sixty-fourth Avenue South, from Waters Avenue to Bangor Street; Sixty-fifth Avenue South, from Waters Avenue to Bangor Street; Sixty-sixth Avenue South, from Waters Avenue to Bangor Street; Sixty-seventh Avenue South; from Prentice Street to Bangor Street; Fletcher Street, from Fifty-seventh Avenue South to Waters Avenue; Carver Street, Redwing Street, Keppler Street, Perry Street and Thayer Street, each from Waters Avenue to the south margin of Rainier Avenue; Roxbury Street, from Fifty-ninth Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; Pilgrim Street, from Fifty-ninth Avenue South to Sixty-first Avenue South, and from Waters Avenue to Rainier Avenue; Norfolk Street, from Fifty-ninth Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; Cooper Street, from Fifty-ninth Avenue South to Sixty-fifth Avenue South and from Waters Avenue to Arrowsmith Avenue; Ryan Street, from Sixty-first Avenue South to Waters Avenue; Prentice Street, from Renton Avenue to Waters Avenue; Bangor Street, from Sixty-fourth Avenue South to Waters Avenue; and Arrowsmith Avenue, from Perry Street to Thayer Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage; by constructing wooden bridge on Waters Avenue and on Arrowsmith Avenue, and providing for the reconstruction of all water mains with their appurtenances, and providing for the construction of wooden bulkheads where necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2744 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
