Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-fifth Avenue West, from Barrett Street to Lawton Place; Thirty-fourth Avenue West and Thirty-fourth Avenue West produced, from Barrett Street to Elmore Street, and from McCord Place to an outlet in Salmon Bay; Thirty third Avenue West, from Grand Boulevard to Elmore Street; Lawton Place, from Thirty-fifth Avenue West to Thirty-fourth Avenue West; and Thurman Street, from Thirty-third Avenue West to Thirty-fifth Avenue West, all in the City of Seattle., by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2316 of the City Council of the City of Seattle.; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
