Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-second Avenue South, from Yesler Way to Washington Street, and Washington Street, from Thirty-second Avenue South to east line of H. E. Holmes' Addition to the City of Seattle., all in the City of Seattle., by grading the same, constructing wooden curbs and gutters, and concrete walks, together with all necessary crosswalks, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2734 of the City Council of the City of Seattle.; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
