Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Eighteenth Avenue South and Nineteenth Avenue South, each from Hanford Street to Atlantic Street; Twentieth Avenue South, from Hanford Street to Massachusetts Street; Valentine Place, from Grand Street to Atlantic Street, Massachusetts Street and State Street, each from Seventeenth Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; Holgate Street, Plum Street, Hill Street, Walker Street, College Street, Bayview Street, Waite Street, McClellan Street and Forest Street, each from Seventeenth Avenue South to Twentieth Avenue South; Stevens Street, from Beacon Avenue to Twentieth Avenue South, and Hanford Street, from Nineteenth Avenue South to Twentieth Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle., by constructing concrete sidewalks, concrete stairways temporary wood walks and surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2732 of the City Council of the City of Seattle.; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
