Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirtieth Avenue South, from Judkins Street to the south line of All Around View Addition; Yakima Avenue, from Judkins Street to Atlantic Street; Judkins Street, from Twenty-ninth Avenue South to Thirtieth Avenue South; Irving Street and Day Street, each from Twenty-ninth Avenue South to Thirty-first Avenue South; and Atlantic Street, from Twenty-ninth Avenue South from the north to Thirty-first Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle., by constructing concrete sidewalks, concrete stairways and necessary crosswalks, and providing for all the necessary temporary wood walks and surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2731 of the City Council of the City of Seattle' and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
