Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Lane Street, from Thirtieth Avenue South to Thirty-fourth Avenue South; Thirty-first Avenue South, Thirty-second Avenue South and Thirty-third Avenue South, each from King Street to Lane Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks, concrete stairways and wooden crosswalks thereon, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2733 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
