Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Montlake Boulevard, in Montlake Park Addition, Shelby Street and Hamlin Street, each from Montlake Boulevard to East Park Drive; East Park Drive, from Hamlin Street to Shelby Street; and the Alleys running north and south through Blocks Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), all in Montlake Park Addition to the City of Seattle by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, and by constructing asphalt gutters and concrete curbs with armoured concrete corners, and including as a necessary part of said work all surface and sub- drainage, together with underground conduits for street lighting, and the erection or iron poles with one light each at such places as directed by the City Engineer, all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 38075; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
